SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Your orders are sent by Yürtiçi cargo company.
• After the order is placed, your products enter the preparation phase. Products specially prepared for you are delivered to cargo in an average of 3-7 business days.
• When we ship your order, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered in the payment step that we have shipped your order.
• The phone number you enter in the payment step for your orders is shared with the cargo company to inform you about the delivery. Information about delivery is sent to you as SMS.
• When the cargo company performs the necessary procedures related to your order, a tracking code is sent to your e-mail address where you can track your cargo. Thus, you can track the status of your cargo.
• After the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies according to your location and the processing time of the cargo company.

PAYMENT

• Debit/Credit Card

You can make your payments virtually by debit or credit card if you wish. We use iyzico infrastructure as a virtual payment method. Your payment information is not stored on our site in any way and is processed through secure bank infrastructures.

• Wire Transfer/EFT

You can also pay for your orders by bank transfer/EFT. To do this, you must select Wire Transfer / EFT as the payment method in the payment step and complete the order. You should make your payment to the bank account we share below:
